Earlier this year, the hubs and I decided to take the plunge and buy ourselves a new camera. We decided on the Nikon D3100, a great, entry-level, yet professional quality DSLR. We couldn't be happier with our decision. The many photo shoots with Silas alone has made this purchase so worth it. We're slowly becoming familiar with the more technical (and artistic) elements of good photography, which means we're aware of just how important the lens is and we've had our eye on one the one below (for Nikon) for some time now. This is the Nikon 85mm 1.8g lens. It's a beauty!
