As you may know if you drop in here regularly, my husband and I recently found out that we're expecting! We'll be first time parents in October and we are both SO excited (howbeit a little out of our comfort zone). My good friend Alena, who has contributed to this blog a number of times and for whom I'm also a regular contributer on her blog, is also expecting her first child,--a little girl they plan to name Serenity. Alena is VERY pregnant right now. Her little one is expected toward the end of April. In honor of baby's arrival, Alena is doing something very ambitious; she's putting together a major blog event called "Celebrating Serenity," and is inviting all bloggers and blog readers to participate!
